Cancellation & Refund Policy
We Strive our best to give you exactly what you want, and we want you to have an hassle free experience shopping with us. We assure you that all the products from MGM Khadi are 100% genuine. In an unlikely event of any merchandise you have bought from us is damaged or defective, or is not received in good condition, customer may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition he or she has bought the product, in its original packing along with the tag. Please provide all the financial details along with the package. (bill or any other statement).
- The customer needs to inform MGM Khadi about the reason for replacement/ problem within 7 days of receipt of product.
- Please contact us either on phone or write into us with your order id details.
- Studying the problem, the probable resolution would be a replacement, exchange or a credit note. No monetary/cash refund will be provided.
- No replacement would be given if the customer has not followed the wash and care instructions.
- No Cancellation & Refund will be provided on custom made/ made-to-order products.
- Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
